Crowd and Traffic Control Management (Conduct Crowd and Traffic Control) (CCTC) is designed to equip security officers with the competency to prepare for crowd and traffic control duties. This course is useful for officers who are required to take on traffic control and crowd control duties.

Entry Requirements

Minimum Secondary 2 education or equivalent; or
Able to read, write, speak and understand English at WPL Level 3

*Individuals not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to an interview before acceptance.

Course Duration (incl ast)

Day 1: 8.30am – 6.30pm (Classroom Training Hours)
Day 2: 8.30am- 1.30pm (Classroom Training Hours)
Assessment (Day 2): 2.30pm onwards

Assessment:

The assessment will be conducted by POLWEL assessors.
