My Trainer Mr Bala, for OBSE from 07-08 February, he is someone whom have alot of experience teach what is needed for assessment very straight forward to understand. 1) Deterrence (Manage Disorderly Conduct and Threatening Behaviour)

2) Access Control Management (Operate Basic Security Equipment)

3) Security Surveillance Management (Perform Remote Surveillance Function)

Note: Existing Security Officers (SOs) need to pass OBSE by 31 Dec 2026 to be deployed as a Security Officer from 01 Jan 2027. Learners who have completed PGPS&OBSE need not take OBSE

Experience Required: At least 6 months experience as Security Officer to progress to Senior Security Officer

2) Manpower Planning (Conduct Operation Briefing and Debriefing)

3) Incident Response (Perform Monitoring and Reporting Duties at Central
