What is Post Secondary Education Account

The Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) is part of the Post-Secondary Education Scheme to help pay for your post-secondary education . The Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA) is administered by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and is opened automatically for all eligible Singaporeans. Funds in your Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) can be used to offset the course fees of the approved programs.

Step by Step Guide on PSEA Application:

  1. Drop us a Whatsapp at 8101 6180 with your details and indicate the course dates that you are interested in signing up for.

  2. Metropolis Training Academy (MTA) will send you the PSEA Application form. Kindly fill revert back with your signature before the course start date.

 

*The signature of a parent/guardian is required if the applicant is below 21 years old​

*If the PSEA application is unsuccessful, participants will be required to pay the course fees via cash/paynow

How to Check the PSEA Fund Balance?


You can call the 24-hour automated PSEA hotline at 6260 0777 to check the balance amount in your PSEA account.

The PSEA will be closed around the middle of the year in which you turn 31. Any unused funds in your PSEA will be transferred to your CPF-OA (Ordinary Account). Once transferred to CPF-OA, it cannot be reversed to PSEA and will be subjected to CPF-OA usage rules.
