Explain the duties and responsibilities of a CPR + AED provider
Perform CPR effectively on adult unconscious casualty
Use of an AED effectively on adult unconscious casualty
Handle a medical emergency involving an adult unconscious casualty
Entry Requirements

ESS Workplace literacy and numeracy Level 5 and above.
Does not have any history or underlying medical heart and lung conditions or any physical disabilities/problems such as the knee, spinal or joints injury as the assessment requires participants to do 2 minutes of continuous chest compressions.
Pregnant ladies are highly discouraged from undertaking the CPR practice due to safety reasons
If you do intend to proceed with the course, please seek your doctor’s advice to continue, and produce the doctor’s letter.
If you opt out of the CPR+AED assessment during the course, you will not pass the course.G29
Course Duration (incl ast)
Day 1: 8.30am to 12.30pm (am session) (Classroom Training Hours)
Day 1: 1.00pm to 5.00pm (pm session) (Classroom Training Hours)
Assessment:
The assessment will be conducted by IN HOUSE assessors.
Certification:
Singapore Rescuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) accredited CPR+AED provider certification with a 2-year validity.
Certification provided to learner on the day of passing the course.
