Through Implement Incident Management Processes, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required by the persson in charge of a facility to implement the incident management process during an emergency incident in a process facility. 

Learning Outcome

• Learners will learn the different approach, structure, tools, processes and communication methods that can be utilized during an emergency incident

Entry Requirements

• Possess good knowledge in relevant oragnizational emergency response plans, procedures, policies and processes

• Posses good knowledge in emergency response concepts

• Possess related training or work experience in a process plant

• Be able to gather information and compile necessary data

• Possess basic knowledge in decision making processes and models

• Have communication skills using various methods and techniques

*Fire Safety Managers (FSM) will be allocated 10 CPD points upon completion of the course
