Threat Observation (Recognise Terrorist Threats)

Through the Threat Observation: Recognise Terrorist Threats  training course, learners will attain the ability and knowledge to recognise terrorist threats and take the appropriate actions.


Learning Outcomes

  • Describe comtemporary terrorist threats

  • Identify person-borne threats

  • Identify vehicle-borne threats

  • Recognise object-based threats


Entry Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary 2 education or equivalent; or

  • Able to read, write, speak and understand English at WPL Level 4

  • Able to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4

  • No pre-existing medical conditons


*Individuals who do not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to interview before acceptance

Assessment

The assessment will be conducted by Polwel assessors.

Learners need to attain at least 75% attendance and pass the course in order to obtain a Statement of Attainment.
