Through Security Operation Compliance (Perform Supervisory Duties within Legal Framework),  participants are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively perform supervisory duties within legal framework and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace.


Learning Outcomes

This competency units is sequenced to cover key points from topics such as job roles and responsibilities of security supervisors, contractual agreement on quality security services and protection of client's interests. upon learning about the topics and organisational procedures to perform supervisory duties within the legal framework, learners will next learn to apply the knowldege and skills to effectively perform supervisory duties within the legal framework and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace, which includes:

  1. Job roles and responsibilities of security supervisor

  2. Contractual agreement on quality security services

  3. Protect client's interest

Entry Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary 2 education or equivalent; or

  • Able to read, write, speak and listen to English at WPL Level 3

  • Able to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 3

  • Age 21 and above

  • Experience in Security Industry: Senior security officers and security supervisors


*Individuals who do not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to interview before acceptance
